- Дијагноза обољења бактериозне природе повртарских биљака, јабучастих, коштичавих и језграстих воћака и винове лозе;
- Детекција, идентификација и карактеризација фитопатогених бактерија применом конвенционалних, серолошких и молекуларних метода;
- Проучавање биолошких мера заштите биља коришћењем бактериофага и бактерија антагониста;
- Истраживања биологије бактериофага као природних непријатеља економски најзначајнијих фитопатогених бактерија.
